Payment Policy on Backordered Items

Due to unforeseen circumstances that include, but are not limited to, high demand, quality control issues, or custom-/made-to-order, some items may be unavailable to ship immediately at the time of purchase. We refer to these items as backorder. When an item is out of stock or will take longer time to assemble or to make, you may be given the option to backorder it.

Items that are backorder can be pre-ordered prior to its availability. A 50% deposit is required prior to processing any backorder item(s) or with long lead time product(s). This guarantees that your order will be on queue from the manufacturer's production line and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order ships. The outstanding balance of 50% will be billed 2 to 5 business days prior to complete shipment.
