Nemo was founded in 1993 and has its offices in Milano, Italy. Ever since, Nemo has been present in the European, American, and Far Eastern markets through a carefully selected network of distributors and retailers. In 1998, Nemo acquired Italianaluce, a manufacturer of classic, elegant lighting products. With the additional acquisition of Meltemi in 2001, Nemo entered the contract sector for lamps in blown glass, especially suitable for the hospitality industry.
