Return Policy
If you decide to return an item or items to us, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 calendar days of the date when you received your purchase to ensure a refund less the shipping and handling charges we incurred in sending the item(s) to you. Requests for returns after 15 calendar days of receipt of item(s) are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking charge, depending on the brands. Please call 1.877.250.6888 or e-mail customerservice@lbclighting.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Requests for returns or exchanges after 30 days will not be accepted.
Once we notify you of the RAN, the product must be returned to our warehouse (see address below) within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RAN.
Please make sure to read the following conditions before calling us for a RAN:
- All products must be packed in the new original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that were originally included with the product.
- Products that have been used, installed or modified cannot be returned under any circumstances.
- Light bulbs cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All custom-made, made-to-order or special order products are final and cannot be cancelled or returned. Please e-mail customerservice@lbclighting.com or call our customer service representative at 1-877-250-6888 for help in placing custom made, made to order or special order products.
Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.
When returning the products, please include the packing slip and wrap the package securely. Please also use our RAN Form and tape it on the box. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mailing for shipment. LBCLighting.com is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Any unauthorized return without a RAN will be refused at your expense.
All international orders sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Orders over $50 from the 48 contiguous United States automatically gets *FREE Shipping and No Handling fees.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days via UPS ground or Fedex Ground.
Please note: there is no weekend delivery or pickup service for our 1-Day and 2-Day Delivery options.
1-day or 2-day Shipping
We offer 1-day or 2-day Shipping at an additional cost. Selecting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a faster way to get your order to you. However, it is still subject to the availability of the items you ordered and the time your order is placed. We estimate delivery dates at checkout, taking both shipping time and item availability into consideration. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping.

Freight Delivery and Surcharges
We work hard to keep our shipping charges as low as possible.
Certain large or bulky items such as Floor lamp, Mirror, Chandelier and other heavy and large lighting fixture are considered oversize and/or overweight by UPS or FedEx. Therefore a surcharge will be charged depending on the item's size and/or weight. These surcharges are based solely on extra charges imposed by our Freight company for transporting oversize and/or overweight items. We will contact you for the surcharge and scheduled delivery.
Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico
We offer 3-Day and Standard Delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
Standard Delivery transit times will range from 3 to 4 weeks in these regions. 3-Day Service is available at an additional cost. Please call us at 1.877.250.6888 or 626-279-2658; or email customerservice@lbclighting.com to get the estimated cost and delivery time
Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the 48 continental U.S. will be quoted via e-mail within 24 hours of your order or request. Please note that our FREE shipping offers apply only to shipments made to the 48 continental US states.
Shipping quotes do not include customs charges, duties, dock fees, insurance, brokerage fees or any other international-related charges.
International, AFO/FPO Addresses and US Territories
LBCLighting.com ships to International, all 50 U.S. States, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via our USPS Standard service level. We estimate 10 to 15 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take longer. There are also some destinations that we may not be able to ship to.

Backorder Items
Due to unforeseen circumstances that include, but are not limited to, high demand, quality control issues, or custom-/made-to-order, some items may be unavailable to ship immediately at the time of purchase. We refer to these items as backorder. When an item is out of stock or will take longer time to assemble or to make, you may be given the option to backorder it.
Items that are backorder can be pre-ordered prior to its availability. A full-amount deposit is required prior to processing any backorder item(s) or with long lead time product(s). This guarantees that your order will be on queue from the manufacturer's production line and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. You will receive a notification email as soon as your order ships.
