If you decide to return an item or items to us, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 15 calendar days of the date when you received your purchase to ensure a refund less the shipping and handling charges we incurred in sending the item(s) to you. Requests for returns after 15 calendar days of receipt of item(s) are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking charge, depending on the brands. Please call 1.800.522.0407 or e-mail customerservice@lbclighting.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).   Requests for returns or exchanges after 30 days will not be accepted.

Once we notify you of the RAN, the product must be returned to our warehouse (see address below) <within 15 calendar days of the issuance of the RAN. All products must be packed in the new original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that were originally included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged. Products that have been used, installed or modified cannot be returned under any circumstances.   We regret that light bulbs, special orders, or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When returning the products, please include the packing slip and wrap the package securely. Please also use our RAN Form and tape it on the box.   For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mailing for shipment. LBCLighting.com is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Any unauthorized return without a RAN will be refused at your expense.

All international orders sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
