2015 “Best Commercial Indoor” Lighting – Merge by Element

Merge Recessed Linear System by Element Lighting, a division of Tech Lighting, was awarded “Best Commercial Indoor” by LIGHTFAIR Innovation (LFI) this past May. The LIGHTFAIR Innovation Awards highlights the industry’s most innovative products and designs. Submissions are judged by a panel of lighting professionals.

Combining the functionalities of recessed linear lighting and recessed track lighting, the Merge Recessed Linear System provides beautifully continuous glare-free LED lighting to any space. The system illuminates the space while accenting architectural elements of the room without drawing attention to the fixture itself. Its ability to make perpendicular transitions from ceiling to wall allows for enhanced design interest. The versatility of this system is endless. The Merge linear recessed channels are available in 2-inch, 4-inch, and 8-inch lengths.  Channel options include flanged, flangeless and lay-in.

Spot heads or pendants can also be added directly to the channel at any point along the system. The gimbal and drop-down spot are the default spot heads for the Merge system; however, any Tech Lighting head or pendant can be mounted within the channel.
